Letter of intent
Submitted via the Secretariat. Two pages, describing the firm and its category position.
First review
Read independently by the Admissions Chair and two Governors. A standing conversation ensues.
Reference
Minimum of one Governor or Founding Circle reference is obtained, in writing.
Disclosure
Quantitative and ESG disclosures submitted under seal. Reviewed by the audit Governors.
Conversation
A 90-minute interview with the Chair of Admissions. Private. No recording.
Decision
Unanimous decision by three Governors, in separate rooms. Communicated within two weeks.
